amy, are you in japan already? :) time flies!
I am! I will be here until at least the summer of 2008. I live in a studio apartment and sometimes make my own vegetable sushi.
Things have been good hear really, though I use the blog to vent when necessary. Until today I had an accidental roommate, but he has gone back home and now I have my space to myself again. I go to school 5 days a week to be able to say things in japanese; maybe in four or six months I will know enough to be able to start my research.
I also recently turned 24, which is bizarre. Now I am firmly in the time known as my 'mid-twenties'.
Happy late birthday!! What will you be researching? I'm taking a 5dayaweek6month course, too. Is your english suffering as much as mine? haha.
