Coconut Lassi Recipe

Coconut Lassi *
Serves 4.
You will need:
700g plain yogurt (1.5lbs)
400ml can of coconut milk (13.5 fluid ounces)
6 x 20ml tablespoons of sugar (1 x 4.0 fluid ounces)

1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix well. Taste it and see if it is sweet enough for you, if not, add more sugar & mix well.

2. Chill in the fridge for a few hours and then serve!**

*Last year in Heidelberg, i tried coconut lassi for the first time. Since then I've tried to find a recipe for it online, but always came up empty handed. So I experimented a bit and this is what came closest for me. & now i'm posting it here because, it's time the internets had a coconut lassi recipe.
**DON'T Forget to chill it!
